We're seeking experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to provide on-site care to residents in Assisted Living and RCFE communities across the Inland Empire. Full-time position with a structured weekday schedule. Providers deliver on-site care across Stockton, Modesto, and Amador with strategically clustered routes, so you spend more time with patients and less time on the road.
This is not a remote campaign role. This is a field role — and the field is what makes it matter.
This role is ideal for psychiatrists who already have an established outpatient clinic and are interested in expanding their professional collaboration while supporting psychiatric care for seniors.
