AllCare.ai ("AllCare.ai," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website allcare.ai and provides a healthcare Software-as-a-Service platform (EHR/EMR) and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information about visitors to our website and individuals who interact with our Services outside of the role of a healthcare provider acting on behalf of a Covered Entity.

Information that we process as a HIPAA Business Associate on behalf of our customers (Covered Entities) is governed by our Business Associate Agreement and is not the subject of this Privacy Policy.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from AllCare.ai, you consent to receive SMS messages from us at that number. Message types may include account notifications, appointment reminders, care coordination alerts, support replies, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at help@allcare.ai or (949) 570-7750. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages from that program.

Mobile Information Sharing Restrictions:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your mobile phone number and SMS consent only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (for example, our telecommunications and SMS platform providers such as RingCentral), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, payment processing, SMS delivery, customer support tooling). These vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Customers (healthcare facilities): If you are an authorized user of a customer's AllCare.ai tenant, we share relevant information with that customer.
- Legal and safety: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AllCare.ai, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.
